Description

This project was designed in order to create a family chalet for accomodating several hosts. It has been studied with the aim of providing a warm and bright rooms with good qualities, supplemented by arrangements of interior and outdoor surfaces in a mountain style.

Situation

The project is located in the municipality of Nendaz, at the beginning of road called "Veillas" in Prachalier.
It is at the foot of the ski area "4 Valleys" and 5 minutes away from the center of the ressort.
To wake up in a big and beautiful chalet like that, walk around every day gazing upon the natur and breathing the clean fresh air of the mountain is an incredible gift of the life.

Municipality

The town has about fifteen villages. Basse-Nendaz is the administrative capital. Close to Sion, the town of Nendaz is in the middle of the Rhone valley on the left bank. Its immense territory of 8593 hectares has several unique features: it follows the contours of the valley of the same name and it extends from the fertile plain to the eternal snowfields. Forests cover nearly a quarter of its land. It plays a notorious protective role, preserving the devastation of erosion and avalanches. The valley is cut in two by the river Printse ; this raging river is both source and outlet of a multitude of irrigation channels (« bisse ») for irrigation.
Nendaz is surrounded by magnificent peaks, such as that Rosablanche, peaking at 3336 meters. From that point you have the most beautiful alpine viewpoint of the central Valais. Important to know, is that the Mont Fort (3330 meters) ist now accessible to all thanks to the lifts.

Leisure time

The ski area "les 4 Vallées":
With 410km of runs and 89 lifts covered by a single ski pass, the 4 Valley ski area is seemingly infinte.
Its countless possibilites, the quality of snow throughout the season and its above-average amount of sunshine make this an exceptional charming site for more than one reason !
Culminating at the top of the Mont-Fort glacier (3'330m), the ski area is a paradise for all winter enthusiasts, whether beginner or expert. Open from november till end of april, it connects all the mountain ski resort of Verbier, la Tzoumaz and Bruson as well as Nendaz, Veysonnaz and Thyon together !

Construction

- Exterior facades of old wood.
- Stone Roofing.
- Exterior walls in natural stone and antique plaster according façade plans.
- The tiling is included for a normal installation.
- The pantins of carpentry elements are of dyes and not enamel.
- The interior stairs from the basement to the ground floor are gross floated with identical stone as in entrante hall; those of the upper floor to the attics are wooden.
- The terrace and balconies are clean troweled concrete, covered with stone.
- The local level of the garage are planned gross.

- The furniture of the chalet including cabinets, tables, beds, chairs, curtains and light fixtures (spots as well).
- The supply and installation of the sauna, hammam and Jacuzzi are not included in the price.
