Dixence Resort is a hotel complex with thermal baths and residences, located in the commune of Hérémence in the Valais (Switzerland), a few steps from the ski resort of Les Collons. At an altitude of 1750 metres, the site offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Val d'Hérens, the Rhône plain and the Dent Blanche massif. The residences offer direct access to the ski slopes of the 4 Valleys area and the associated resorts. It is possible to ski in Nendaz, Verbier and Veysonnaz in the same day and to return to the starting point for après-ski.

The project is located only 2 hours from Geneva airport by road or rail and less than half an hour from Sion by car.

It includes a hotel, a spa area, 5 luxury chalets, a rental building and 6 residential buildings. The purchasers have the possibility to rent their property through the hotel operator and of course to benefit from the existence of the thermal centre.

The wellness pools are fed by natural hot water from the Combioulaz site.

A restaurant and a bar are integrated into the hotel, as well as a wellness area open to everyone, all in a harmonious architecture and mindful of local tradition.
It is a question of building a whole having for vocation a maximum occupancy during the whole year and an increase of the nights.

The Thermes de la Dixence will be erected on a plot of a total of 25'088 m2 and will include:

The first 2 buildings, chalet 4 and that the hotel are currently completed.
The structural work of the other chalets has now been completed and the construction work for the baths is ongoing.

The thermal waters of Combioulaz spring up in the depths of the Val d'Hérens, near a geological fault. It is one of the most important hot springs in Switzerland: no less than 81 springs emerge from the rocks with temperatures that can reach 25 to 29 °C. These springs have always been known by the inhabitants of the valley for their curative virtues.

The opportunity to use these waters for the construction of the thermal centre is a great opportunity.

The thermal bath is a gentle treatment with no side effects and is therefore well suited to people of all ages.

The spa complex will include an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool with various attractions, 3 jacuzzi areas, a wellness area offering various treatments.

All these facilities will be open to the general public, and it will be possible, on the same day, to be in the mountains on skis as well as in the baths.
